Watch it work

A bad month isn’t a life sentence.

Marcus had a rough stretch. Every day, HR PaperTrail checks his record; each clean month takes a point off on its own — no spreadsheet math, no one forgetting.

  1. Points land with the reason and who added them
  2. The daily check finds a clean month
  3. A point comes off — logged like everything else

Questions

Straight answers.

Something else? Ask us directly — a real person answers.

Can we use our own attendance policy?

Yes. You define the reasons, categories and point values. Start from our suggested list or bring your handbook and we’ll set it up with you.

How does forgiveness work?

A daily check takes a point off for each clean month since an employee’s last infraction. It applies the same way to everyone and is recorded on their point history.

Do points ever get added automatically?

No. AI can suggest a point adjustment from an incident, but a manager reviews and approves every one.

Does this replace our time clock?

No. HR PaperTrail documents attendance issues and their consequences; keep your time clock and scheduler. We import your roster for you.
