Questions

Straight answers.

Something else? Ask us directly — a real person answers.

Do employees need their own login to sign a write-up?

No. The employee signs on the manager’s screen or tablet when the counseling is presented, right alongside the supervisor and HR.

Can we use our own write-up reasons and actions?

Yes. Reasons and actions are fully editable, and you choose which actions require signatures before a counseling can be closed.

What if the employee refuses to sign?

You decide which actions require signatures. The employee’s own comments, the description and the corrective action are recorded either way, with who documented it and when.

Can we print a write-up?

Every counseling has a clean printable form, and it’s included in the employee’s personnel packet.
